Arc CRM privacy policy

Published October 5, 2026 · Minimal application policy; not reviewed by legal counsel.

Arc CRM is a private application. This public website hosts only these policies; no CRM records, route histories, application access or API credentials are published here.

Information processed

The private application stores business accounts, locations, contacts, notes, follow-ups and route plans supplied by authorized users. Field Capture may retain user-supplied card images and notes. Device-local drafts and offline records are stored on the user’s device. The owner’s private server stores synchronized application records.

Google Maps and routes

When you open the map, your browser connects to Google, which receives technical data such as IP address, referrer and browser information. Map interactions identify the map area. When you explicitly optimize a route, stop coordinates or addresses and the chosen start/end are sent to Google Routes. Contact names, contact details and CRM notes are not sent in the routing request. Google’s processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Storage and sharing

CRM records remain private to authorized application users. Google route estimates and geometry are used transiently for the current operation, not stored in CRM history or device-local route drafts. Explicitly saved route stop order is application workflow data. Usage accounting retains counters and non-reversible request fingerprints, not Google geometry. Opening Google Maps navigation sends the chosen addresses to Google. Public policy hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which receives normal website-request technical data.

Control and retention

The application owner controls record retention and access. Authorized users may request access, correction or deletion through their existing channel to the owner. Device-local information must also be cleared on each device when appropriate. This policy does not promise automatic deletion of historical records or backups.

Scope

These policies apply to Arc CRM, not independent third-party services. See the terms of use.
